At Voya Dental, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on your Voya Dental Pod.

What is Covered:

  • Defects in Materials and Workmanship: If your Voya Dental Pod has any defects due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
  • Functionality Issues: If the device stops working under normal use, we will either repair it or provide a replacement.

What is Not Covered:

  • Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damages, such as scratches or discoloration, that do not affect the product's functionality.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs performed by anyone other than Voya Dental or its authorized service partners.

How to Claim Your Warranty:

  2. Evaluation: Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.

  • The lifetime warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase may be required to process warranty claims.

Shipping Costs:

VOYA will cover shipping costs for approved warranty claims. However, if the claim is found to be outside the scope of the warranty, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
